I am often asked about what I am having for breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or snacks. Therefore, I have decided to share on my blog what our family eats on a daily basis. Sometimes the foods will be simple, quick foods and sometimes they will be more sophisticated. Don’t expect the pictures to be beautiful for now, nor for the meals to always impress you. I hope to show people that being vegan does not have to be difficult. However, I want people to see how great vegan food can be. These posts will contain a picture and brief description of the meal.
